Just for You
Onondaga Community College and the Walt Disney World ® Resort may be able to offer you the opportunity of a lifetime! You could join with thousands of other college students from across the country and around the world to participate in a paid internship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, or at the Disneyland Resort ® in Anaheim, California. And the best part of all? You can earn OCC college credit while learning, earning and living the Disney College Program experience!
As a Disney College Program participant, not only will you be earning college credit, you will also be gaining valuable work experience with a world-renowned company. In addition to your work experience, you will attend courses which have been recommended for credit based on your career interests and taught by credentialed Disney instructors.
All Disney College Program participants work in entry level positions in one of the many work locations. Participants that network and express a desire to learn more about the company may have the opportunity to be "cross-utilized" and work in different locations throughout the Resort.
Florida participants in the Disney College Program live near the Walt Disney World ® Resort property at one of the apartment complexes reserved exclusively for them. You will share an apartment with either one, three, five or seven roommates and rent is deducted weekly from your paycheck based on the number of roommates in your apartment. Complimentary shuttle transportation to and from your work location is provided for your convenience.
In California, you will share an apartment with three roommates and rent is prepaid. Transportation to and from your work location is your responsibility although a car is not a necessity since there are multiple other transportation options available.
