Career Paths

Onondaga's Interior Design program is structured to prepare you for a responsible position in an interior design office involved with either residential or commercial projects. Typical employment situations include architect offices; engineering firms; contract furnishings suppliers; and facilities planning offices in the corporate, educational, or health service fields. Other employment opportunities exist in the wholesale/retail sales of finish materials and products, and in the design and sales of kitchen and bath cabinetry and fixtures.
