Onondaga Community College recognizes student achievement and individual merit with over 55 different scholarships. When you apply for financial aid, you are automatically considered for one of these financial awards. Unlike loans, they do not have to be repaid.
Scholarships particular to the Criminal Justice program include:
Established in 1997 in memory of Marty Linehan, deceased Onondaga Community College Criminal Justice faculty member, for second-year Criminal Justice students who demonstrate academic excellence as inspired by Marty's excellent teaching abilities. Established in 1991 in memory of Criminal Justice student Richard Plummer, a former member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board, this scholarship is for full-time for full-time, second-year students with exceptional interest in extra-curricular activities at Onondaga Community College or in the community.
