Admission Requirements

Students enrolled in the Architectural Technology program must have successfully completed high school Math A.

We also recommend the following as a strong foundation for this program:

• 3 years of math including Math B
• 2 years of science
• personal interview 
• a studio art or 3D design course 

Aptitude

Students who are successful in architecture have enthusiasm, interest in the ‘built' environment, a strong work ethic, creativity, patience and pay attention to detail.   A cooperative nature is also important because architectural design and construction requires team efforts involving architects, engineers, clients, and contractors.
