Areas of Specialization

While pursuing your A.A. in Adolescence Education, you may elect to specialize in any of the following areas: English, History/Social Studies, Mathematics, Biology, General Science, Earth Science, Chemistry, or Physics.

For your specialization, you must complete twelve (12) to eighteen (18) credits from the following course options:

• Mathematics: MAT 121 (4cr.), MAT 122 (4 cr.), MAT 143 (4 cr.), MAT 161 (4 cr.), MAT 162 (4 cr.), MAT 263 (3 cr.)
• Biology: BIO 101, BIO 102, BIO 205, CHE 103, CHE 104
• General Science:
