The Career Pathways program is a national educational initiative that prepares high school and college students for the high skill, high wage careers of this century that are growing in Central New York. The CNY Career Pathways Consortium is comprised of area school districts, BOCES, post-secondary institutions, area businesses and community agencies that work together to create a seamless transition for students from high school to college and finally, into their selected career.
The program begins in high school and transitions into a college program at a two-year or four-year institution. Career Pathways programs include the following components:
